Absolutely not. I'd get called into HR, be told I was being let go for the following reasons, be handed my final pay, told not to return to my office and my ID/access card would be deactivated. There might even be a cop who would ensure I left peacefully. I'd be fired for continuely lying and/or falsifying data as it relates to my job. I believe it’s up to a judge to find the individual is in fact in contempt and they issue a bench warrant for their arrest. It’s a hearing process rather than a trial process. Both sides present and the judge issues a ruling. Contempt of court/congress citations are taken very seriously and not to be messed around with as a ploy or tactic and judges typically issue warrants because of the seriousness of the allegation.
