He would’ve been fired by the end of his first week. Also what’s nuts is that he’d be removed from a local or state government position. The Governor of my state got the boot for ethical violations because his girlfriend’s company was benefitting from some of the policies he was pushing. Trump does this thing out in the open every day.

The congress goes to court as the plantiff and the executive has to show up and defend the "contempt," or the witness if not being defending by the executive, whether its executive privelege or the witness was in a car accident and is in the hospital for 20 days. Judges take this shit seriously because it messes with the peaceful resolution of conflict and they don't like games, unless its done on the record, legally, or in chambers. Ignoring a court/congressional order to testify pisses them off.

I believe that any Federal Prosecutor who would be arguing these cases has to go the Attorney General first to get permission, which could throw a wrench in the works as Barr has proven to be a hack.
