    can you imagine how much worse it would have been if trump had declared "mission accomplished" during the iraq war? the banner would have read "mission accomplished, no thanks to you do nothing democrats and loser generals!".

    Don’t know if you are being serious, but I do agree with the horseshoe theory in politics to an extent.  Especially when considering the anarchists that ride the far ends of the wings of “both sides”.  They sure walk and quack in similar fashion.
