This could be our first Constitutional crisis of the Trump admin. Ever since Marbury v. Madison, it is well accepted that the court has the right to review and determine the Constitutionality of the actions of the other two branches. Will the Trump admin try to run over the next branch of gov't? The State Dept just a few minutes ago announced it would comply with the judges order so that is good news. Trump's twitter rant this morning is also good news considering he only said it would be "overturned", presumably by the next higher court. We shall see. Things could change after Rasputin (aka Bannon) makes it to work this morning. I'm sure he's still sleeping off a cocaine binge.
