    JC, you are just not capable of seeing bias? You can read the 7.6.18 CNN excerpt below that OSC publicly said they would present evidence linking to Trump? BTW,it was regarding the transition, not the election

    You know it was the DEFENSE that wanted Gates to disclose election related testimony in court, the OSC OBJECTED


    ..... and the biased judge made them argue it out in front of the jury with a sound machine instead of in Chambers, as would have ordinarily been done? This made the OSC look like they were hiding election related testimony RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE JURY?

    I read the court transcripts, I don't need CNNs analysis.
    If you read them you would know a few more things that Gates testified to, specifically having to do with Ukraine.

    I'm any case what's this have to do with Russia Russia Russia and election "influence and meddling"?
    Manafort was no longer on the trump campaign after August so I'm not sure what you think happened?
    He tried to leverage his role in the campaign to secure a loan? That's the least of his troubles.

    I hope Manafort never sees the light of day, I wish somehow for every Manafort guilty verdict 10 more electoral votes go into Hillary's column.

    My advice, don't get caught up in this Manafort trial, the next one will be much more interesting. 

    If you're so convinced of judicial bias then the prosecution can and will easily win on appeal.

    Prosecution can’t appeal a verdict, unless it’s a hung jury, in which case they need to have a compelling reason to retry the case. Double jeopardy, yo. However, 3Xs the evidence in a different venue with a different judge looms. If it’s so unimportant to you and to Team Trump Treason, why do you keep spinning it?

    I read the court transcripts, I don't need CNNs analysis.
    If you read them you would know a few more things that Gates testified to, specifically having to do with Ukraine.

    I'm any case what's this have to do with Russia Russia Russia and election "influence and meddling"?
    Manafort was no longer on the trump campaign after August so I'm not sure what you think happened?
    He tried to leverage his role in the campaign to secure a loan? That's the least of his troubles.

    I hope Manafort never sees the light of day, I wish somehow for every Manafort guilty verdict 10 more electoral votes go into Hillary's column.

    My advice, don't get caught up in this Manafort trial, the next one will be much more interesting. 

    If you're so convinced of judicial bias then the prosecution can and will easily win on appeal.

    You may be right that this has nothing to do with  Russian election interference but it  don't sure dont look that way. Dont forget Gates was involved with Trump through the inauguration. Anything potentially questionable Manafort set up could have been managed by Gates after Manafort was let go.

    And there is something possibly significant they have placed under seal.

    The defense sure wanted to know what Gates said to the OSC, and the judge did everything he could to make the prosecution look dishonest while deciding whether to allow this testimony.

    I was getting a bit concerned when the jury was taking so long to deliberate.  Now we know it was hanging on certain charges.  My guess is they don't refile.  
    They really don’t need to on the remaining 10 as they have the September trial to look forward to. I thought it was telling that Manafort’s attorney didn’t state that they immediately be filing an appeal but rather, “we're considering our options.” Who here will be surprised when Team Trump Treason pardons Manafort?

    I was getting a bit concerned when the jury was taking so long to deliberate.  Now we know it was hanging on certain charges.  My guess is they don't refile.  
    They really don’t need to on the remaining 10 as they have the September trial to look forward to. I thought it was telling that Manafort’s attorney didn’t state that they immediately be filing an appeal but rather, “we're considering our options.” Who here will be surprised when Team Trump Treason pardons Manafort?
    I will be surprised... I don't see how Trump could survive the backlash to that... If he is clinging on to any hope of winning in 2020, which he seems to be, I can't see how pardoning Manafort would be something he'd actually go through with, even if he starts babbling about how he can on Twitter. But hey, it's fucking Trump. You never know! I would definitely never bet any money against Trump doing something insane and stupid.
