It's insane this country has voted in a candidate that has been totally funded by Russian involvement and a lot of Americans are ok with it lol
Wonder what JC is seeing in all this, is he still all "Russia, Russia, Russia" or is he diving face first into PizzaGate to try and atone for his efforts on behalf of Russia?
It's been a day since Putin cracked down on protests, arresting over 600 people including his chief political rival. And no comment from the WH. Maybe they're busy celebrating all the wins?

Nah Bannon is showing bafoon how he should deal with protesters just like Putin does it !
2018 will be the swearing in of Mike Pence. Jesus this isn't good no matter how you look at it. So very sorry for the LGBTQ community and women in particular. Looks like America will take a time warp back to the 1940's.

I'm with you on this. It pisses me off. Like Obama during the Green Revolution in Iran. This is when a President's words can have the greatest impact.

Do you honestly believe Putin will give a rats ass what Trump says or will do? Seeing how Putin's cronies are in for $97 million in 7 Trump properties in Florida? What's next professor, invasion of Moscow? By my count, Trump has a few more days to come out with a strongly worded statement condemning Putin. Maybe even hold a press conference to voice his outrage. Yea, right.

I think Putin absolutely cares. He is trying to remove the pressure that HRC and the Obama admin put on him. He wants Trump in his corner. It's not an invasion of Moscow that has risks. Ground war days are more remote every day between first world powers. It's economic war, espionage, sabotage, etc. The US has the power to exert tremendous pressure on the Russians and of course economic sanctions. Those hit the oligarchs directly. But it's no surprise Trump hasn't said a word about it the protests. I don't suspect he will either.

Invasion of Moscow? What is wrong with you? You really need to figure out whether you want a tougher line against Russia or not before you weigh in here again. In general I get the impression that you don't care one bit about what Putin does around the world unless it pertains to Trump...then all of a sudden you care. Now as far as the US government is concerned it is not as if they have said nothing...
But I would personally like to see a harsher tone at the Presidential level. Will Putin care? I doubt it. He will only care if it hits him in the pocket book and/or the people at home continue to resist his actions.

I was being factitious with my Moscow comment. What is Trump going to do to Putin? Nikki Haley at the UN, making statements, from an organization that neocons want to defund and eliminate? Putin must be shaking. Trump call in the ambassador for a tongue lashing? Send some diplomats home? Tighten sanctions? Putin has already violated a major arms control agreement and there was nary a peep from Trump, likely because he hasn't a clue about geopolitics or treaties. Sorry, but I thought Obama's handling of Russia's meddling in our elections was appropriate and to let Putin have Syria was as well. The problem now is our president isn't smart enough, or has been compromised so badly, that he can't or won't respond. And you own that.
The fake news Washington Times is calling for it? You know you're toast when even the Moonies don't support you.
Will Trump be below 30% approval and back at Mar-A-Lieo by the end of the week?
Don't think they're calling for it, just reporting the same story that most news outlets are regarding Schiff/Nunes.
The Washington Times doesn't typically print critical stories of republicans as the counter to WaPo in a two newspaper town. This is the beginning of the untenableness. It's just a matter of time.
Troll statement and you know it. Podesta was doing a bang up job protecting Putin from Clinton criticism.
Troll statement? This is a documented transfer of money to Podesta while he was advising a candidate.
Aren't we following the money?
I'm not arguing that Podesta should not have filled out his form correctly, IF he received the stock that the DC says he received. What I'm saying is that it's abundantly clear that this did not influence HRC in any way, considering her highly critical statements of Putin both during and after her tenure of SOS. Second, and this is important so read carefully... when Podesta joined the Clinton campaign SHE HELD NO OFFICE, therefore not in a position to make policy. So nice distraction, but Podesta should hardly be a concern to anyone. He isn't driving US policy and that's what we care about.
