Me too. But pleasantly surprised :)

I have grown totally sick of WWS (although I thought it was just an average song from day 1) and Go is great to hear as long as it is rare. But I have heard it open up one too many second encores for my liking. :)

Fair enough ... I still like WWS, and Go has long been my favorite short rocker.

I have no idea why, but I still like Jeremy. Maybe it's nostolgia for the cliche song that got me into PJ or something. I NEVER voluntarily listen to Even Flow or Alive.

This setlist is probably the weakest of the tour so far IMO, but Guaranteed is taking it up a notch!

Eh ... Here's where I get to be a bit of a party pooper. Ed solo spots always make me think "Hey, the rest of the band could be playing now, too!"

I still love the old songs; Jeremy, Alive, Even Flow, etc. I don't see how people can not like them. So what if you've heard them a million times? They're fucking awesome.

This is a solid set ... The Binaural tunes are most welcome, as is Not For You. And for as tired as a song like Jeremy is, it is really not that common anymore. Its not like STP STILL playing Plush, every single night.

    Yeah, I agree.

Are they really playing stuff from Into the Wild?
  • i didnt even think theyd even consider playing ITW songs!

I figured something would have to come up at some point, since Ed already has has his "No More" slot, which I assume is just solo when he plays it live this tour. What's one more solo song at a few shows going to do to the rest of the guys? Surely they don't mind.

Agreed. For me it's mainly because the entire arena goes berzerk and sings along. Really enhances the atmosphere...

The ITW songs seem like they might make it into the solo-encore-song spot. :)

Guaranteed is a great song. In fact, the whole Into The Wild album is solid. I hope they integrate more of these songs into upcoming shows.
