    Wrong.

They stop serving beer at 10pm.
My girlfriend works there and the curfew for the shows is 11pm.

pearl jam has not played a hour and 15 minute show since the first tour!

besides festival or bennifit type deals.

if it sucks everytime, why did you buy a ticket. shut up!

You have to admit they feed off the crowd and the crowd there is usually smaller. The day of the week shouldn't make a difference to the band, but it might to the crowd. I'm never disappointed and happy to be going! :D

BTW, NYers always have attitude about everything, so just discount that when you listen to them. :)

The original post, may be attempting to use reverse logic. Hoping the band hears that people anticipate a crappy show, and get an epic one instead.

Like someone mentioned before, small tour= no excuses of fatigue.

Were gonna get at least 26 songs, I'm betting more

    This tour will be special

    see u there

Can anyone think of one reason the start time is 30 minutes later than every other show though?

It's not like they would purposely make it the shortest show on the tour, right?

I'm just guessing. But it could have something to do with the fact it is a Fri. in the summer and where the place is located. They want some of the rush hour traffic to clear out before people start showing up. The fuckin place is right near with 91 and 84 connect.

If that's the case then the curfew would have to be later, you'd think...

Most shows will go from 8:45-11:xx ... probably like a 2.5 hour show.

If this one goes from 9:15-11:xx... kind of lame... its not like there's a 25% ticket discount or anything.

I know. I'm just saying it could be something venue specific. Like something to do with a local union or God knows what. It might not be up to the band.

I just got the confirmation e-mails from the 10C about both MSG show... PJ is scheduled to hit the stage at 8:45. MSG is one of those strange venues that actually has a "curfew". An act (excluding the Knicks, Rangers and St. John's of course) isn't supposed to perform past 11pm... that's why PJ has to pay MSG extra $$ when they played past 11pm at their 2003 show. Maybe the Hartford area has the same rule.

Both Hartford and the Tweeter in Boston have a curfew.

All venues have a 'curfew' ... its just which ones you can play past (and what they charge to do so).

It would just be nice if someone from the 10C could just post and explain why this is the only show that starts 30 minutes later than the others... I'm going to keep believing they have a later curfew...

I don't get why, since some of you are so adamant about it sucking, you spent your hard earned ca$h to go to the show.

Yeah, you are the smart ones...
