    second-hand
guy was jamming/jumping around and bumping into the girl next to him, hubby/bf of next to girl tapped jammer/jumpers shoulder, jammer/jumper ignored twice, hubby/bf said something to the jammer/jumper, jammer/jumper made a reference with his hand pointing at the seat behind him like "this is my seat, this is my space", motioning his hand as an imaginary line, hubby/bf said something and the jammer/jumper said "what.. what... what" each time the hubby/bf repeated himself, as if jammer/jumper didnt hear what hubby/bf was saying, hubby/bf then called jammer/jumper a dick, girl next got involved when hubby/bf and jammer/jumper went nose to nose, then girl next and hubby/bf 2 bros/buddies (not sure if #evenbros or not) jumped in and took the brunt of it from jammer/jumper, hubby/bf and 2 bros/buddies along with jammer/jumper were escorted, girl next walked out after hubby/bf then returned 2 songs later and cosy'd up with 3 obvious #evenbros eventually leaving with them after starspang banner

That is some great second hand reporting.

  • Weird - a bartender at HOB told me they were limiting drinks to 1/person because so many people were totally fucked up by like 9:30. I figured it was the typical PJ couples trying to go too hard on their weekend without the kids - maybe they got dosed?
"Hey, listen asshole, one more fucker throws a fuckin' quarter up here and we're outta here, I'm tellin' ya, FUCKER! What the fuck, you're blowin' it for fuckin' everybody. Hit me with a fuckin' quarter again and, fuck it, I'm outta here. We're all outta here. Fuck you, and if anyone sees someone throw fuckin' change right next to them, you have my permission to beat the fuckin' holy shit outta them."

Wow. I thought a lot of people were really messed up or drunk early. Doors opened at 6 pm and yeah, by 8:30/9pm, a lot of people seemed out of their minds and quite a few got kicked out by security for starting trouble or being too drunk. I did not drink that night, so I was totally sober all night and let me tell you, I saw some weird shit going on, but I just figured that's how drunk people act nowadays. Maybe many had been drugged and didn't know it?

there was a guy two rows behind me who got taken out by medics. I was on the field so I doubt someone slipped something into his beer.

So the hubby/bf gets escorted, his lady comes back and leaves with 3 other dudes? Seriously?

I took a panorama shot with my iphone during Mikey's blistering SSB rendition, I think this girl and the #evenbros she left with are in that pic!
Were they towards the back of the field, close to the field box section?

Nice when people look after each other.

It's just the right thing to do; we need more of that.

But how does someone surreptitiously slip something into another's drink at a concert? Aren't the cups/bottles typically held and kept with you?

Shame (and more) on any asshole who would even attempt that.

At the hip show on friday, they seve beer in big plastic 20 oz clear cups. You can buy two at a time. I can drink from one and put the other in front of me in the cup holder. I often dont watch it, as i am standing and watching the band. Could easily be slipped something. Could be one reason why they ask if you want a lid? That and the spillage factor, of course.

Different story in GA. But still could happen.

I'm not saying people didn't get "dosed" but it gets annoying when people have like 8-10 drinks if not more, get totally hammered, act like an idiot then the next day state someone must have put something in their drink. More often than not its people don't know when to stop drinking. Just my thoughts I guess.

Boston felt like being in Church on Sunday, compared to Philly on a GOOD day!

I'm from Philly too I don't know if it was bad luck or not but I had about 5-6 beers or drinks spilled on me last weekend. Peeps from Boston learn how to drink out of a cup! All and all besides that I thought Boston was a great host and the people were cool and super nice.

People in section 97 started throwing shit too for some odd reason. I had to turn around and yell at two guys during the show. I got hit with a glow stick or something.

Missed the fight. I don't get some people at these shows. Had the woman behind us puke all over the seat next to us right before the show started. Luckily that seat ended up not being used as she destroyed it. My wife and I caught splatter and got to stand in in puke the whole show.

    ANOTHER Boston puker?

This is becoming some sort of gross tradition.

Haha. After it happened I mentioned the Boston puker had returned to the people she was with. They laughed and then shushed me.
