    How is Wishing Well?

Everyone is kind of crapping on the Beyonce cameo, but I'm wondering how the A side is? For the record I don't mind the duet. I'm not really a fan the genre of Beyonce's music so I can't really judge her own career, but I thought she did a job duet'ing with Eddie. I prefer xmas single with new tracks on them (we have 100's of live albums, so live tracks aren't as exciting). My complaint isn't about Beyonce, it's just that I like new studio tracks better.

I posted a youtube on the original post. I'm pretty sure it's the same version. Might be better produced on the vinyl

Its way better. Cleaner and crisper. Doest sound like its from a cassette. There is an organ in the final version that isn't in the CD version/YouTube. Surprised they didn't stick stuff like this on the Ten Deluxe because the quality is that good.

Wishing Well is a really good song, I always love the 10C singles of course, but I usually expect a cover song, a live version of a song, or something silly.
This was a nice surprise and a really good song!

My 6 year old son and I were jamming out to it 3 times last night!

Wishing Well is a cover song. It's by the band Free.

Single arrived in STL yesterday. I like it. A lot. I think some people are put off by Beyonce being on it but it really is a fantastic version of Redemption Song. Wishing Well sounds way better than the version thats been circulating through the years.

I got mine in NM yesterday. The newsletter is so simple, at first I thought wow they put no effort into this... but then after I flipped through every page I thought it was totally cool, and so neat to see so many well-known and obscure things in there... Like EVERY rare sticker we all wish we had or try to collect, all the picks, and for the 2000 page I thought it was super cool they put in a flyer (not a real poster, there was no Ames poster for that show) for ABQ 2000 at Mesa Del Sol. That was my favorite part.

Nothing in NYC yet. Stoked on the single though. Cool version of Redemption Song with Queen B and an old outtake I've actually never heard. Sounds cool to me!
