I'm thinking poster artist is the same as NYC night 1? Really resembles the owl. Looks a little Mastadonish (if that's a word) the band, not the prehistoric mammal100

Yes, same artist as MSG 1, Bioworkz.Massara133 said:I'm thinking poster artist is the same as NYC night 1? Really resembles the owl. Looks a little Mastadonish (if that's a word) the band, not the prehistoric mammal

If this shirt is still sold, I really want an XXL to give as a birthday gift.

Willing to pay double or trade any of these posters: Columbia, Tampa, Philly Emek, MSG 1 or 2, Toronto Blue Jay or Bonnaroo. Same deal for the Pemberton shirt, but priority would be the one pictured if available. Thanks!

All that I once held as true
I stand alone without beliefs
The only truth I know is you.0 -
Is PJ the only band that makes merch available 3 days before the first show? Would be nice for local people who also don't have a job0
-
I'm sure they will have all limited merch available everyday in limited quantities. They won't just sell all the inventory of the posters and shirts and whatever else on the first day.manitouman said:So Tuesday you best be in line or you're assed out? 4 posters? They did Wrigley 2013 a few days before the show as well. Limited poster designs per day, limited quantities. Wouldn't be surprised if this is the same format for both stadium shows - they're gonna make some $ for sure.0

I can't think of any other band that sells this much exclusive merch for a week before a concert. Selling merchandise has become an event. People complain about how crazy the lines are and want poster pre sales and everything but the band is completely responsible for creating this frenzy and they like it this way.tschav said:They did Wrigley 2013 a few days before the show as well. That said, I'll be in line on Friday to get my stuff because I like stuff.Uniondale, NY 04/30/03 - Camden, NJ 07/05/03 - MSG 07/08/03 - Reading, PA 10/01/04 - Philly 10/03/05 - Ed Sullivan Theatre 05/04/06 - MSG 06/25/08 - MSG 05/21/10 - NYC (EV solo) 06/21/11 - Montreal 09/07/11 - Brooklyn 10/18/13 - Central Park 09/26/15 - Philly 04/29/16 - MSG 05/01/16 - MSG 05/02/16 - Fenway 08/05/16 - Fenway 09/02/18 - Fenway 09/04/180 -
That's insane... I hope the Shuss print works as a Wrigley 13 companion piece because that's what I will be going after... but I will not be anywhere near those ridiculous merch orgies so hopefully I can get inside a little easier or from the 10c... worst case I buy it on ebay...0

I really wish they would just sell the march INSIDE the venue!! This is BS! The average person going to the show has no shot to get what they want. It goes to people who probably don't even care about PJ and have nothing better to do than stand in line 3 days before a show so they can sell on eBay. I really don't get it. All I want is a poster from a show I am actually attending and I will have to pay some crazy price on eBay if I actually want to own it.0

With the outside shops, I assume it is say to save if you could even get a poster on the actual day of the show, the poster tubes aren't allowed inside Fenway during the concert?Hartford 10.25.13 | NYC - GCF 09.26.15 | MSG 05.02.16 | Fenway 08.05.16 | Fenway 08.07.16 | Seattle 08.08.18 | Seattle 08.10.18 | Missoula 08.13.18 | Chicago 08.18.18 | Chicago 08.20.18 | Fenway 09.02.18 | Fenway 09.04.18 | MSG 09.11.220

You should be required to show a concert ticket or your confirmation email or My Tickets screen before they sell you anything.
This is a flipper's fucking paradise.I SAW PEARL JAM0 -
There is way too much demand for merch at this point to only sell it inside of the shows... that would be an absolute nightmare insidePost edited by my2hands on0

This is how the band wants it. I know it's hard to imagine but they don't care who buys their stuff. 5 days of merch selling and 5 posters and more stuff is specifically designed to make as much money as possible from as many people as possible. Ticket or no ticket, they don't care. It's a shame, but as long as fans show them that they're willing to keep doing this, there is no reason to change.dankind said:

Amen to that @my2hands . Either way, I'm just hoping there's significantly more supply this time around than at Wrigley in 13 or at any of the shows this year. 1) It's a bigger venue than the arenas they've played and 2) I would guess that it will be a higher percentage of die-hard fans at these shows compared to the arena shows given that they've more or less billed the stadium shows as special events. So with that in mind, I'm really hoping they significantly increase the run sizes of event specific merch and posters. Lots of 10 clubbers who aren't attending would absolutely by up any leftover merch in an online sale. Just my .020
