Hmmm maybe there is hope that this will keep that rumored Houston still pending for Toyota Center as well as west coasts dates. I had hoped there would be more shows.

Have to be more shows being added. No way they do a one-off. There's a month between Toronto and Roo, a month from Roo until Telluride, then another month until Boston. Easy for them to add a run in mid-July, then have the four stadium shows be the summer blowout. Great to have PJ back on the road like this. Obviously playing more for Year 25, which is perfectly fine.

i know about sheepdogs because of the rolling stone cover contest and i paid for a CTE ticket once to see the opener.
This show, another show, a show here and a show there.

    fingers crossed
and i will 2nd the motion...the sheepdogs are a fantastic live band
i've been to a fest(bluegrass) in telluride and the scenery on the fairgrounds is like none other...as you are surrounded by mountains(a box canyon) with a massive waterfall at the one end of town where the park is. incredible is all i can say about that town.

Not alot of bands playing this festival. The venue looks special. I am usually very skeptical of festivals, but I think theres a great chance PJ could be allowed to play a nearly full set at this one!

I agree. With Red Rocks currently open July 4-11, that gives PJ time to play a show or two there before Telluride. Does anyone know if there will be a 10 Club pre-sale or just the general on sale date of 3/4/16? I figured they would have said something about a presale in the announcement. Just curious.

Place looks tough to get to for a quick trip. Like 6 hrs from Denver

You'd probably want to fly into Montrose or Grand Junction for easier flights. Granted there is very few direct flights from most cities into there, and it wouldn't be cheap I'm sure.

Closest big cities are Denver and Salt Lake City, each about a 6 and a half hour drive

Oh, and in terms of the festival radius thing, Morrison, CO to Telluride, CO is just over 300 miles according to mapquest
