Since no one is rushing to praise Carney’s Cabinet, here’s a bit of analysis. Here’s hoping all the rookies don’t fuck up too badly.

Or just maybe people just have a wait and see approach before criticizing.
Mr.Poilievre went from all wanting to work together back to shitting all over people in 30 seconds during his response. Ya, that unelected guy , living in the opposition leader’s house. Maybe have some humility and actually move out before assuming you are winning an unnecessary by election on our dime. I can only imagine what Conservatives would be saying if the opposite had have happened. Same old PP, do some soul searching and clean up your own party.

I believe as long as he’s the leader of His Majesty’s Loyal Opposition then he’s allowed to live in the house, regardless of whether or not he currently holds a seat. Or would you have stopped Carney from moving into the cottage until after the election?

Why does everyone refuse to sell the wonderful Liberal Government to us nonbelievers?

Always with the criticism of the opposition party, and rarely seeking accountability (or as I suggested promote) the sitting government. After a while it’s quite sad to watch, honestly.

Nobody has to sell them to you, they were democratically elected. You can choose to accept it or not.

just like you choose to criticize and oppose every Liberal move rather than wanting to work together.

So no one thinks Carney’s Cabinet is wonderful and will save us from Trump, you only want to shit on Conservatives no matter how petty your complaints.

    Got it. Enjoy.

No one that I have seen is praising them.

Let's see what they do. Your mind is already made up.

The only shatting I see was coming from Mr. Poilievre and yourself.

Where did I shit on them? I expressed a concern about so many political rookies occupying so many of the top jobs in the country.

It’s not my problem if you choose to intentionally misread me or misrepresent my statements.

Now, this is a criticism: read the caption under the photo, which is factual. Should Solomon be trusted with the AI Ministry if he’s that easily duped?

It’s honestly adorable (and betrays your own biases) how my anti-Trudeau sentiments have been twisted into anti-Liberal beliefs.

It’s also amusing how many of my criticisms of the GOVERNMENT are either ignored or answered with whataboutisms (then without a trace of irony I’m told that I only argue in whataboutisms). I can only assume that when my points go unanswered it’s because I’m, in fact, correct.

At least in a couple weeks the Liberals are giving us back a fully functioning government after holding the government hostage while they ran their leadership race, all while a “crisis” was unfolding.

I think I was supposed to come on here and rant about how Carney’s elbows were no longer up and he was essentially sucking Trump’s cock during his visit to the White House. Except I was castigating Trudeau for not using the soft hands approach, but it was funny to hear Carney saying all the things he told us to fear the Conservatives saying during the election.

He looked at him point blank and told him, in his house, that Canada wasn't for sale.
He looked at him point blank and refuted his trade claims, saying Canada was the US's biggest trading partner.
Trump looked like a sullen little boy who had his ball taken away from him, and then had his head patted like a dog.
If people don't respond to you, the default in your head is that means you're correct? Do you proclaim yourself the most popular person in an empty room too?

Whatever reality you live in needs some upkeep.

And all the praise he heaped on Trump that you’re avoiding addressing?

I wonder if we’ll ever find out what conflicts of interest Carney brings to the PMO? Will he really run bigger deficits than Justin was promising?

Ohhhh, but I’m too biased to be asking such questions and Pierre Poilievre needs to be ridiculed!

Would anyone care to explain why it’s acceptable for the second time in our history (the other instance being, understandably 2020) the federal government refuses to produce a budget?

The only reason I can conceive is to postpone the downgrading of the nation’s credit rating when the numbers (finally) get published.

And why is Carney continuing with his theatrics, signing (meaningless) pieces of paper in the style of Donald Trump? At least Trump’s EOs actually have legal bearing, whether or not one agrees with the Order. What is Carney accomplishing signing documents that have no authority?

It seems Trump is the reason we won’t see a budget this year from the federal government (yet provincial governments are tabling budgets somehow). But that excuse is hanging around for 3 more years, so does that mean no federal budgets as long as Trump is in power?

And now I guess I’m questioning the integrity of the process instead of sympathizing with a woman who was disenfranchised due to an Elections Canada error, not one on her part.

Of course, we all know that not all votes are equal in Canada. Not a partisan statement but a fact.
