    So if I'm understanding this correctly, you want to have some sort of more limiting rules for people who choose not to post or who choose to participate in a discussion they may not have been around for in the beginning? It is up to the mods to be aware of someone's post history, to an extent, especially if the are a frequent flagger. Just like the person who is the source of many nuisance calls to the police can be charged for wasting resources.

    I at no time stated that there should be a ban on anything. I would appreciate it if you would read and respond to the whole post and not just pick off what best suits your argument. I would also appreciate if you would not make statements on my behalf based on half truths.

    I believe what i said was: I think one of the main points here is that we are advocates of everyone receiving equal treatment.
    The other part of that statement referred to mods being aware of how much of their resources certain members are taking up and respond accordingly.
