$200,000 for a meal with Hillary, yeah she is for the working class

Don't hate the player, hate the game.
But she is for the working class. How can a working class afford 200k to have breakfast with her. She talks about making wall street pay, maybe for her $12,000 pants suits.
12k pant suits!?!? You talking Sarah P kind of money. Remember when that happened? The media had a field day! So out of touch...etc..etc..etc. It was non-stop coverage. Now it's all good or it's a non issue.
Not that I care ... just a troll comment on my end.

She is most definitely NOT for the working class.

If this is a big issue for you I guess you should vote for Clinton...the only candidate talking about getting big money out of politics.

I guess that whole Ted Cruz thing didn't happen then.
Using Ted Cruz proves my point. The most conservative authentic member of the party got goosed stepped right over because the conservative establishment goose stepped for trump despite knowing he's a disaster for the country and the party. You own it although you really can't because you live in the land of unicorns blowing rainbows out their ass.
Ted Cruz does not prove your point. The conservative establishment did not and still does not support Trump. The conservative establishment didn't even support Ted Cruz. The establishment supported Bush and the nomination of Trump was a big middle finger to that establishment which I was under the impression you hated. You seem to think "goose stepping" is the establishment acquiescing to the will of it's voters but that is what in fact is called democracy.

The democratic establishment on the other hand did everything in their power to blunt the will of it's voters and now expects them to "goose step" in November just like Bernie "goose stepped" this week.

The voters of both parties are sick of the establishment but is the democrats who plowed their candidate through.

If they weren't allowed to have anti-TPP signs then they must have used CGI to put them in delegates hands tonight because I saw them holding them. The conspiracy runs deeper than we thought.

The Ted Cruz thing happened. It happened every single day of this convention. The American People who feel cheated stood their ground against the establishment, and in their own backyard They stood up against the establishment roared! Pretty cool. Very proud of these people for sticking to true American values!

i didn't watch any of the convention ... was there anyone outside of the muslim soldier's father who spoke that wasn't a well off person? ... like a lower income person, a food justice activist, an environmental scientist ... any of those kinds of people? ... or was it just a bunch of celebrities who really don't worry that the world is going to shit? ... not to say they can't have an opinion or that there voice doesn't count - just looking for a different voice that I could relate to ...

    Yes, plenty of them.
    For instance...

While the GOP is worried about the "crisis" of porn addiction, the Dems are focusing on real problems, like the opiate addiction problem in the US. They had a mother of an overdosed addict speak about the trouble that small towns are experiencing with heroin, oxycontin, and fentanyl.

Short answer is yes, I believe there were a lot. Ex police, military, victims of gun violence, community organizers...many faces I had never seen before.

Great speech from Hillary. The difference between her and Trump widens. Trump sounds like an 8th grader giving his first speech in front of the class.

i didn't watch any of the convention ... was there anyone outside of the muslim soldier's father who spoke that wasn't a well off person? ... like a lower income person, a food justice activist, an environmental scientist ... any of those kinds of people? ... or was it just a bunch of celebrities who really don't worry that the world is going to shit? ... not to say they can't have an opinion or that there voice doesn't count - just looking for a different voice that I could relate to ...

Don't forget the father of a Muslim American soldier who was killed in action.
That's impossible, Sean Hannity said there was no respect for police or soldiers at the convention.

That's the stuff that drives me crazy. I watched most of both conventions. When Faux starts in with their BS (no respect for cops, military, etc.) I want to throw my remote through the TV.

They know their listeners don't pay attention to anything so they walk away from Faux with a completely fucked up view of everything going on in the world.

Like they really care about people's opiate addictions ... I call bullshit, they've had 8 years to remove marijuana as an illegal drug ... drs in Canada have noticed a decrease in opiate use for those who switch to medicinal marijuana

I came in not liking Hillary at all and likely voting 3rd party. Watching some of the RNC and also the DNC, I saw an alarming lack of substance and plan from the Trump camp. I had expected them to try to display some sort of tangible platform at the convention. Pence is also not a guy I would trust with the 'puppet strings' if thats the plan.

The DNC did a marvelous job putting out their case for Hillary (vs both Trump and 3rd parties). The speakers I saw (Booker, Michelle O, O, Hillary were wonderful... as was Hillary's introductory video (as opposed to Trumps that touted him building an ice rink in NYC as a major accomplishment).

I think Ron Paul, Bernie, etc have done a great job grinding from the 2 major parties. It needs to continue. But now is not the time. For my kids' sake, it is important that Trump does not get elected. I have done very well in the current climate with Obama in office and I believe Hillary would mostly be a continuation of that. We also have a possibility of up to 4 Supreme Court replacements.... and allowing Donald Trump to select them would set us back 30 years and affect a generation of law decisions. Trying to fight for Jill Stein to get 3% of the vote instead of 2% isnt worth it.

    I'm voting for Hillary.
