    Now when you call it says press 1 for UFC and 2 for other events...when u hit 2, it sends you back to the message...continuos loop

    The worst ever.
    Besides in Chile and Argentina there will not be 2 separated sites , in the front of the stage "Premium" (too much expensive) and half field in the back like "Normal Pista".
    Pearl jam never makes those differences!!...
    Tickets for fun, the only fun is in their pocket$...

    I don't think that's a comment on the ticketing process. Tickets are never guaranteed until after you purchase them, regardless of whether it's a shit show to purchase tickets or not. Even if you purchase tickets, show could still get cancelled postponed for reasons beyond anyone's control. It's something I think about all the time when I travel for shows.

    Yes it was..... And I work a 12 hour night shift tonight. The waiting reminds me of PJ20, only way more $.

    Hold music just stopped...but the phone call is still open. WTF is going on? 2 hours on hold. Anyone else have this happen?
