    I just got on but was on the phone for a bit. I did order premium tickets for all shows. Some of the challenges were around getting the correct email address and I'll see if they have my passport number correct....but huge sense of relief. I was on-hold for about 50 minutes dialed in at 7AM and it took probably 15 minutes.

    Had a meeting. Either got kicked off or I didn't answer the person and lost the call at an hour. Will try later.

    I have been on hold for two hours. Called in once early and they were not accepting calls. Called back in right on time and have been on hold. I might have nightmares about the hold music.

    my credit card has been charged but no e ticket and I have a confirmation number... I emailed them and guess what, the number have to call them on is the same fuckn number as yesterday so I've been on hold for 1 hour just to talk to someone about my tickets. This is the worst.

    Sorry Freddy that is awful! Hope you get it sorted out... I am not believing they have fixed yesterday's problem, maybe with duct tape and chewing gum lol

    I might lose it! 1hr 20mins and counting... they won't talk via email, they send an automated message to call them on the number to buy tickets.
    Granted my phone plan is .15c/min but still with yesterday and today its above $50 to talk to someone. Or paying $50+ for the privilege to be on hold.

    OMG... 3hours 48 minutes yesterday dropped three times... 1 hour19 minutes today dropped... I am convinced they are just dropping random calls to let others through to make it look like they are making progress! This is beyond insane! Now people aren't getting the tickets they were billed for and having to call again?? Seriously do they get a long distance call commission?? Sooooo frustrated!!!

    I just got dropped too...I'm giving up. This is stupid. Complete failure on the 10-club. I'm so happy that I got the passcode 30 minutes before they went on sale. I feel so f-ing lucky right now to be a 10-club member since 1994.
    If anybody gets an extra ticket to Rio, I would certainly take it. I would also help pay for the cost of the phone call!!
