I remember the yield sign. I asked my local record store if I could have it when they were done. Can’t remember if they just said no, or to ask again later. But I never got it.
i don’t remember it looking like that one above, I remember it just saying “Pearl Jam” instead of “Yield.” More like what’s in that poster a few posts above.  But that was 25 years ago, so I could be wrong. Definitely was metal and about the same size as the real one.

When Yield was released, somehow I obtained-- I can't remember if I won it or if I just asked for it and was given it-- a huge actual Yield sign with Pearl Jam stenciled onto it from Newbury Comics. It was larger than an actual road Yield sign (I think-- it was huge, but maybe my perspective on the size of the real signs is off because I'm never standing right underneath them), but it was made of the same kind of metal as the real thing.
Does anyone else know of the existence of such an item? I will ask my friend about it the next time I talk to him and see if I can confirm my hazy memory. The parts I'm sure of: this thing existed and I owned it for a period of time.
Like this one? A record store in my country has had this for sale for a couple of years now (they’re asking hundreds of dollars for it). Apparently found when clearing their old storage because they had a couple of old No Code promo posters too.

CSB - I worked briefly at Best Buy Headquarters circa 2015.  One day, I ran into the CEO in the parking garage.  He made it a point to be seen around campus, parked in the regular employee garage, and seemed like a pretty down to earth guy.  As we waited for the elevator I asked if he had any extra copies of the Pearl Jam Give Way CD stashed away somewhere.  Of course, he had no idea what the hell I was talking about, but I got a kick out of it.
    That is a great story

Yep, that's the one. I touched base with my friend and it turns out I did not give it to him. There really isn't anyone else I could have offered it to, so I'm at a loss. It's possible that I left it hanging on my bedroom door, or maybe I threw it away-- although I find it hard to believe I would have left that out with the trash, not because it was a precious item but because I don't think the trash truck would have taken it.

I gather speed from you fucking with me.

Actually I had no idea this was getting an RSD release on vinyl.  That's pretty awesome!  I am slightly sad they don't go the extra mile and put out the entire show?  I love Give Way, but the whole show is amazing :)  Still, it's amazing to have this legendary item pressed to vinyl :)

Most people won't believe it's real until they see the official announcement... from  @demetrios =)
