    Yes it is hard to understand why they want to riot. There was no rioting here in north Charleston. There's always opportunity, there's crime in Baltimore every day. But don't sit there and say it's warranted. It's not. We've seen what civilized societies do when facing the same thing. And it has nothing to do with destruction of property, looting, or vandalism.
