    Mine says order processed and ready for UPS. Last update on April 20, that makes it seem like it hasent even shipped yet!!! Please tell me that isnt true.

    Not true. Canada does not get shipping, watching that screen is silly it means nothing.

    1.800.500.2224 is the mail innovations customer service....i called and keyed in my tracking number and the robot babe told me the package is at the local post office for final destination...then says delivery date is pending...has anyone else tried this?
    Any new realizations... would have to wait...

    Just called and got the same response. It's probably just a generic status for these type of packages.

    From my past experience it usually gets handed off to Canada Post. So tracking will stop at that point. Hopefully we start hearing packages showing up on the west coast by Monday/Tuesday.

    That seems a bit optomisitic? The tracking doesn't reveal much but it does reveal that the packages were received and processed by UPS on the 27th. We know that standard packages using regular post take two weeks to get to Canada. We also know that UPS Mail Innovations is slower than USPS. If it was USPS I would expect the packages to start showing up the week after next (around the Friday the 8th or Monday the 11th). Add Mail Innovations into the mix and it could be an additional week....

    This upcoming Mon/Tues is really optimistic :)

    I bought something off a 10 clubber the day after the mystery sale.

    It arrived today.

    Not mail innovations, but that's USPS/Canada Post.

    I think they start showing in Canada by end of next week.

    definitely a decision was made to take extra care in sending the Benny's (my 2 cents) as it also came UPS (although my receipt from 10c was from mailinnovations)
