Yep. I'm not hoping for a certain record. I'm just hoping I get to buy one. I would like to see the odds of that. 200,000 members vying for 1000 things. hmmm isnt that like something like I have a .5% chance of actually buying it.

I know the band sometimes randomly puts stuff on sale. I'm wondering how I feel about it not going on sale as soon as the newsletter when out. With everyone getting almost a two weeks heads up it's going to be a shitshow on here at 7am PST.... lol. Website is going to crash, people are going to lose their cart item during the checkout process etc.. Giving two weeks to us ravenous collecting PJ fans is going to be messy

Wanna know what would be sweet? That if this Saturday's 10club Mystery Vinyl jam turned into a lottery. That's right. A lottery. A time window of 10am - 10:30am EST all who enter will be put into a lottery. Give 10club some time to pick the winners. Say around 5pm EST ? we will know who scored & who didn't. Make it even an hour or 2 window.

It would be great because there will be many folks attending RSD at their local record stores next Saturday morning. To try @ 10am EST on our smart phones when the majority of record stores will be opening that time on the East Coast & Central USA, it makes things a little tough to take part in.

I am hot and cold on vinyl. I do like the romanticism of it (pouring a whiskey, sitiing back and listening while looking at the giant artwork), but practically, its too expensive for me, and with two small kids i dont have a bunch of uninterrupted vinyl time anyway. And im not a "vinyl sound" person. It just doesnt matter to me that much. I used to be happy with lowquality digital versions of their b sides before lost dogs came out, so what do i care about the supposed warm sound of a $400 record? Lol

As much as I love vinyl, I've reached a point in my life where I am really trying to cut back on stuff. I guess this will give more people an opportunity on Saturday!

I got a LD, so Benny for me. LD is a wonderful album, I would be all after it if we didn't have it yet...

im gonna say it again, im super happy this is being run and think its gonna be excellent fun.

the price is fine, the information provided in advance is top notch, and the scheduled time for all to take part with a week advance notice.

I see a gripe posted above based on how they assume in advance the ten club will process the order, that is a new low right? griping about their own perceived notions?

anyway, bring on Saturday, my only hope is that I can score, then it'll be the waiting game.

I wont purchase this, but like the mystery boxes last year, it will be fun to follow along and see what everybody got.

EDT is probably Eastern Daylight (Savings) Time and EST is Eastern Standard Time.... were on summer time now so it's technically EDT.

Sucks for us out west. 7am is when I would normally be in the RSD lineup.

I'm hoping to buy one of the packages Saturday, and I'd be ecstatic if I got Merkinball. I only have the last two albums and the reissues, so I can't tell what my chances of getting something new are, but I bet I'd still be happy.
