Still plenty of chances for free tickets to come.

    ^ This.

there's 48,000 free tickets to be had. (at least i think i read that.) good luck to all.
From everything I have read in the past few festivals, people are literally giving away free tickets around the park the day of the show

Also keep in mind that if you are a "rail" person, the free tickets are the ones you need. You will have no opportunity to get any closer than the VIP2 or VIP3 section if you buy these tickets. If you score a free pair and lineup then the rail is at least theoretically in play.

I can get vip3 pulled up now with the $75 increase to $225.....I'm gonna pass on that ridiculousness and save my money for next year, hoping for a PJ25 show that won't be 2/3 of a set like this one probably will be.

This. Except I will try to pull a freebie through the lottery. $225 is too much for an abbreviated set.

Congrats to all who scored tix - ENJOY!! :)
I agree but to me the 225 also went to comfort. Separate entrance and bathrooms. I could get there late and still have good seats.

This. The past 2 years my group had extras we were able to give to someone else, something pretty common.

Yeah that will be a mess! Also I'm pretty sure people involved in the festival and others are up front on that side too

I'm of the mind that getting rail at any show seems like hell on earth! The Golden Rule: No Lineups Never

Ticketmaster was a total shit show for me; however, thanks to the generosity of a fellow member here I'm in with a pair of VIP2 for face value of $175 each.

    See you there.

I don't understand how they can charge me $250 for a ticket with a description that reads "Ten Club: The Premier Global VIP Experience"

Shouldn't they all have been $150?

yes, Ticketmaster raises the prices based on demand and they are allowed to do so. Nothing PJ or the other artist or global citizen can do.

Platinum VIP3 are now listed at 1500? What is the rationale behind that if they were $150 to start with? Insane.

My wife and a bunch a friends were able to get through after about 20-30 minutes. My wife got VIP2 for $200 a ticket, 5 minutes later a friend got VIP2 for $250 a ticket. Bunch of bullshit that they raise the prices like that.

Scored VIP 3 tickets. Got lucky.

Everyone is saying you got to get there early...is that for GA or for the VIP?

Just GA. As a VIP, you already have a set section.

Anyone else just going to try for plain ol' free GA tickets? Can't justify the $$ now, especially as I might have to fly in.
Yep I'm going the free route! It's a quick train ride for me but I still can't justify those prices when there's a free option available. Hope I don't get shut out completely! If so I'll be scraping together my pennies and on here begging to buy extras! My daughter and I are really looking forward to this!

VIP2 for PJ says $250... but if you click on the Citi Card members... it still says $175... hope this helps (at least those who have Citi Cards)... to not pay Ticketbastard any extra
