    I'm a little unclear on how you have to be 16 to drive, 18 to vote, 21 to buy alcohol but can legally handle an Uzi at the age of 9.
    I guess the alcohol lobby needs to step up its money game in order to get its age limits removed, so it can compare to the gun lobby...

    when a young person is learning to shoot a gun they are issued one shell at a time, that is it, no more, no less & that is the end of the story. this guy fucked up, simple as that

    i can not tell you for how many years i was issued one boring as shotgun shell for my boring ass broken open single shot shotgun. it was fantastic though & i learned one step at a time, slowly & patiently with dad's & grandpa's kind, stern boots in my ass

    ppl are so stupid with guns! you don't even need to pull the trigger & they can go off when unloading lets say a pump shotgun, it happened to me actually. thank god i know not to have the muzzle up anyone ass. this was after hunting in negative temperatures. guns & temperatures... that'll fuck with stuff. keep the fucking muzzle pointed at the ground folks or the sky, it isn't that difficult to constantly watch/look/scan one's surroundings, everyone's surroundings. is your weapon's safety on? i checked my gun's safety quite possibly 42,000,000 times in my short lifetime. simple shit keeps ppl alive

    At the end of the day this was a 9 yr old who's parents put her in harms way no matter which way you cut it child services should get involved and see if these two morons ARE CAPABLE OF BEING RESPONSIBLE PARENTS , so far they have failed this child ....

    There is a little recoil with blanks, but most of the recoil seems to be related to the speed and weight of the bullet itself. If you fired blanks and live rounds from the same gun you'd definitely feel the difference.

    Impossible for child services to get involved, because what they were doing was completely legal. That would be the same as calling child services because some parents allowed their 9 year old to ride a roller coaster that flew off the tracks.

    I'm at a point where I don't care what happens when it comes to firearms in the USA. As long as we don't adopt a similar gun culture in Canada I'm more than comfortable with the US doing whatever it wants in regards to firearms ownership.
