I'd build it 200' tall and 100' underground if I could.

However I can't support the theft of land in order to do so. If the property owner can't be justly compensated without the use of force then there would be a gap. He'd have his hands full though.

    GTG, back later.

I may well be mistaken, but I recall statements from you that in effect call for just that in a complete fence from the pacific to the gulf?

    So there's no easement?

Apparently not. Properties extend to waters edge. Some parts are flood plain and the wall is appeox 1 mile away from the river. Cutting off some folks from their homes, except for gaps in the fence. Less than well thought out is an understatement.

Some folks dont want it at all.

    So what to do?

Just saw this movie, "A Better Life":

    http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1554091/

It's hard to watch this film and not think, my god, what is the answer? It's hard to watch this movie and not be terribly saddened. But I do recommend it very much.

I may be moving to Arizona this coming year, I am tired of California and its high cost of living and not to mention all the rules and fine's and fee's, I may be getting a transfer to one of the plants in Az. and I'm Praying it all works out.
