The eye twitching has stopped today, got an awesome nights sleep :D Off work now till Monday, so I'm off into town to meet my sister and kids to go look at christmassy stuff. Let me know if anything happens in the next few hours, although I doubt it since it's still night-time in Seattle!

I'm thinking Manchester and Oslo ... I'm presuming they mean tickets go on sale 5pm our time on the 13th?

Dunky do you know when the schools break up in Scotland next year? I'm thinking this gig will be just before? Said if there was a Scottish date I would take me Mum ... don't think she could get time off for Manchester :?
So are we strangers now? Like rock and roll and the radio?
  • jrdjrd Posts: 3,060
    Defo Manchester.
Would like to do one or two others but doubt i'll be 'allowed' to go swanning off around Europe (even if i had the money!) ;)

hmmm... wonder if i could suggest a short, romatic trip to Stockholm to 'er indoors...! looks like that's the only
    non-festival show at a weekend...
Oh yeah? Well, I've had about enough of morons and halfwits, dolts, dunces, dullards and dumbbells - and you chowderhead yokel, you blithering hayseed, you - you've had enough of me?

Schools break up on first week of July here Pips. :)

I definitely can't do another show as I have Stone Roses the weekend after PJ... then I'm away to Toy-keee 10th of July or something

'tis the problem lady... domestic commitments don't allow me to travel around Europe. I'm not that keen on festivals and £190 for IOW (+travel, etc) is a bit steep. Even Manchester (3.5/4hrs drive from London) mid week during school time... :( Will have to seriously think about this. May have to content with The Boss at Hard Rock Calling in July and hope for a last minute London date from PJ.

The Copenhagen ticket is nearly €100 each... fookin' HELL! They can go and ask me bollix for that one.

Happy enough to go to Norway and Sweden... maybe Manchester although not too pushed since the last time was fairly cack (for me anyway).

Is there a direct ferry from England to Norway?

The boy wants to come to Norway and Sweden, we'd love to do a week or so of driving about, but he wants to go elsewhere too so we'll have to sort all that out! Too many places to go

Still don't know if I will go to manchester or not but I booked a hotel room just in case. The travelodge have family rooms at £19 so I booked before the hotel click that loads of people will want that date and up their prices! I guess if I don't use it, others will be able to. If anyone wants to share, let me know - I think it's a double bed and a pull out bed for one adult or two kids.
  • Jen! Where'd you get the price info from? 100 per ticket is tre-expensivo  I may have to join your boycott
High fives for driving around over there though... Wanna start a convoy? :P
