morning got back in wee small hours bit hyper today but legs hurt ! think we danced nrly 10 hrs a day hahahahaha it was great tho. Jen i do like Berlin but really didnt see much a couple of bars nr our hostle and had a quick shopping wonder with my friend who lives there yesterday thats about it, need to go back and check it out proper! tis nice to be home and play MY music LOUD yeah
jrd slacker get to that pool, i have been given a great training programe everyday first thing do 12 mins, pick 3 things to repete e.g. push up, sit ups and squats, do 1 thing for 20 seconds then stop and prepare for the next thing for 10 seconds, so its 20sec.on 10sec.off 20 sec.on 10 sec.off switching excerise at every 10sec off untill u've done 12 mins, its really quick and you get strong really fast I've it for 6 days now, first day was bloody hard work but its getting so much easyer already. get to it boy
