Normal cheesecake. It's a baked one but a bit different because it also has a set sour cream topping. It's gorgeous, if I say so myself! It's Rob's birthday tomorrow and he ALWAYS has that cheesecake for his birthday!

    Thanks lovely people!

I wish I could have some of Rob's cake too... hehe
I had forgotten we shared our birthday!

I have been on a baking spree, I made some lovely banana nut cupcakes yesterday, with a yellow buttercream frosting (with a touch of honey and cinnamon) and some pink sugar roses to decorate. They are so beautiful...
I also made chocolate chip cookies and a lemon pie (a couple of days ago)
I am just a dreamer, but you are just a dream...
If I knew where it was I would take you there.

    morning all!

was snowing as i walked the sprog to school this morning!
i'd say it looked like we were getting a good 10 or maybe even 20... flakes ;)

still, it's forecast more for later in the week, and they never get the forecasts wrong do they...?

cold and windy out, currently sitting in the office trying to get the enthusiasm to go for a swim but have a feeling that a cup of tea and a biccie or two will win out
Oh yeah? Well, I've had about enough of morons and halfwits, dolts, dunces, dullards and dumbbells - and you chowderhead yokel, you blithering hayseed, you - you've had enough of me?
