It's ok. Thanks you Buru & Al. I'm alright now though thanks to Damien, met him Friday night and he cheered me up . I even forgot to tell him for about three hours so that's a good sign.

Have this Sunday to look forward to thankfully but a weekend with my ex who I haven't seen in a year :eek: may be slightly awkward.

i was shocked to see i'd lost another pound as the last 3 days (cos of cold) no workouts and loads of food even bought myself a bar of fav. green n black Dark ! only half of it left!!!!!
