My brother and I are going to ACL 2nd weekend but we have an extra set of 2 for the first weekend. If anyone is interested in one or two three day passes for the first weekend, and/ OR one three day pass for the second weekend, let me know!!! Face value.... of course...
Anyone purchasing Platinum tickets? Pricey but apparently gets you into artist areas. Does that mean you'd get to meet PJ!?
I would caution you against buying these tickets if you're only buying them in an attempt to meet PJ or get the side stage seats during their show
FYI for those of you that don't know - there are several different "artist areas" at these festivals, depending on your levels of stardom basically. PJ will have completely separate digs from a lot of the other bands on bill... the headliners always command this. Chances are you won't get anywhere near them, unless they decide to step out of their area and meet people.
Also - during the 2009 show at ACL - Pearl Jam completely cleared out the VIP viewing area of all the paid ticket holders and filled it with Wounded Veterans during their set (Ed References it in the bootleg).... you might want to be weary of this - considering that wounded veterans hospital still exists about 1/2 way between austin and dallas...
Houston, Texas... Believe it or not, there are 7 million people here... must be a couple of fans who'd love to see you play.
I actually think Sunday will be the easiest to get.
Absolutely agree. Sunday almost NEVER sells out. There should be no issues- people all get out of town and fly home that day- it's always the most empty of the three days. We're lucking out if they are indeed on Sunday.

Hello Nevertoolate, I'm looking for the 3 days pass for ACL 2nd, I sent you a message. Hope you still have it :-)
Both sunday tickets purchased. Pumped to see them three times in 8 days!
Same for me, we gotta connect!
both sundays bought for myself today as well...
where are you seeing them in between? they didn't announce an ACL taping or something did they????
Not me, man- Come to TX may have some secret info but I don't know of anything as of yet. I'm checking into it though as we speak.
Cam probably just has tickets to see them in Tulsa.... I am guessing anyway... their's nothing indicated at Moody theater yet, unless he knows someone I don't (which is highly likely, I live in Houston where no one knows anything).

Well as of now, I have decided to only do Tulsa. When I pieced this together, it is just too much money even for 1 weekend. Tix- plus hotel plus getting there and home, and transportation from venue to hotel and food. It's just looking too expensive. I am happy I am getting to see them in Tulsa though. Would love to go, but Tulsa seems the best for my situation. Have fun guys.
I have 3 extra single day tickets for Sunday 10.12.14. Available for $250 together or $80 per ticket, I paid $285 including fees and delivery. Welcome to anyone that wants a deal on tickets.

Hey hey all, I'm new to forums so forgive if I'm posting this in the wrong place. I'm a Scottish fan, thinking about getting a day ticket to ACL to see PJ, looking at flights and thinking of taking 4 days to a week vacation in Austin. I'll be a lone traveller and wondering if anyone out there who's going who fancies getting chatting and befriending a daft wee scots lass and keeping her out of trouble n TX? Still not made my mind up 100%, big financial outlay but sussing the lay of the land before I commit! Cheers m'dears. Oh and I'm not looking for accommodation.....just buddies to hook up with during my trip and for the gig:)

IF there's going to be a more intimate Austin show, the only possible dates are the 6th and 11th, one would think.
