Gotta admit that after 4 mows I am kind of over it. I like the 'sweat' factor and when it is done. Dont like other parts of it.

I like the push mower...especially since I don't have to rake up the clippings
The joy of life comes from our encounters with new experiences, and hence there is no greater joy than to have an endlessly changing horizon, for each day to have a new and different sun.

yeah I bought a roller attachment from toro. the one I got is on the previous page. works pretty good....although making that checkerboard look is tough. all depends on the sight lines....plus my mower is only 22 inches wide. I think it works better with a wider mower.

So you lawn freaks... We bought a house a couple of months ago that is on half an acre of land, a bit in the front and on the sides, and a nice-sized back yard. We have a guy who is cutting it (we haven't moved in, still renovating, and don't have time for that right now), but now that it gets really warm, we have noticed that there are tons of mosquitos. The house and backyard haven't been maintained in a longer time, so we can shape it just as we want. There's a couple of bushes and trees, and well lawn. Is there any way to treat the lawn in a manner that the garden and veggies are not compromised but that kills the mosquito eggs? We try to use as little chemicals as possible, but this seems just a little over our head... Thanks in advance!

I'm not reading all of this thread but I presume its all about what Juggles' wife said to him just before their annual beach holiday started.
oh scary... 40000 morbidly obese christians wearing fanny packs invading europe is probably the least scariest thing since I watched an edited version of The Care Bears movie in an extremely brightly lit cinema.

I'm looking at getting a zero turn Toro entry level mower. Is there any difference in mowing capability between a 16 HP and a 19 HP that are on the exact same frame and offer the exact same features (besides paying an extra $500)? Even the blade rotation rates are the same.
