Dykstra turned around during his at-bat to tell Dempsey to "look at the fucking scoreboard, asshole" because he was hitting like .340 and due to this he'd know the strike zone better than Dempsey. Which was then followed by Dempsey's mistake of getting in The Dude's face. Man, what a meathead.

So Petty's original band, Mudcrutch, is playing The Fillmore in a few weeks. Tuesday night, but this may have to happen. Tickets are kinda pricey, but it's friggen Petty in a couple thousand person venue.

and aren't Mike Campbell and Benmont Tench playing with them? I'm almost certain Tench and if I remember correct Campbell was the other Heartbreaker playing with them. I'd have to check to see if they are playing any Petty songs. Definitely be a cool show to see though.

I honestly have no idea. Heard about it on WMGK yesterday and just looked it up. I can't imagine they'd play Petty stuff, but that would be sweet. Regardless, yeah, would be very cool. Thinking this may have to happen

Yeah I'm kinda torn on that one. I think he needs to play every day. If they bring him up he'll platoon with Howard I guess. But if he's still hitting a few weeks from now, I guess you have to bring him up.
I doubt this is sustainable but this team is a blast to watch. Who would've thought Herrera would improve upon last year? Playing like an all star
