Gotta give Manaea credit. Dominated. And yeah, that Harper at-bat in the 6th was as bad as postseason baseball can get.

Bohm saw 5 pitches in 4 ABs. I'd love to give Manaea more credit but they were just making it too easy.

Nola was not good by the end there, but regardless if they're not hitting nothing else matters.

Manaea gave the blueprint to Snell…. suck for half the season….get hot in the second half….take the Giants’ money…opt out for more.

Alvarado threw 22 pitches....8 for strikes.... I can't watch him pitch anymore.  Granted the utter lack of discipline at the plate is whole other issue.

Okay fine. Bullpen is not why the lost. The manager is not why the lost. Nola is not why they lost.

Harper and Nick swung at six straight pitches after two consecutive walks. That was the game.

The best players on this team regularly come up small when it matters. Same thing as last October. Connie Mack could be the manager of this team and it wouldn't matter.

Watch Ranger come out and throw 6+ innings of 2 hit ball tomorrow night and they find a way to force game 5

I'm not letting the hitting off by any means.  Bullpen was supposed to be a strength and they are beyond terrible.  In the first 5 innings of every game of the NLDS, they have scored 1 run.....1!  Bohm is carrying a piano for to get thrown out at second.  Trea can't hold the ball on a perfect throw from JT.
Hitting has always been an issues dating back to 22 WS.  They were up 2-1 in the series only to get no hit.  This team has always been very streaky.  When the bats get cold, this is what we get.  I can't even watch I'm so frustrated

Yeah the Bohm hit and then getting tossed trying stretch it to a double perfectly encapsulates this team right now lol

Didn't he get thrown out on his previous at bat on a play made by the 3rd baseman which I think most players would have been safe

    I think you have to.

Marsh and Stott back in the lineup against the lefty and Wilson in left. As it should have been.

I couldn't believe he got thrown out at 1st there. The play took about 47 seconds.

As X said, everyone is instantly in an 0-2 count. I thought they were doing ball/strike drills in spring training. All out the window.

Bold prediction. Bohm goes 0-5 on 4 pitches. In all seriousness, they cannot go 1,2,3 the first inning.  Bottom half of line up needs to show up...outside the big boys

    And...it's a 1,2,3 inning.  2 strike outs against a pitcher that throws 55mph

Once again...1 hit thru the first 5 innings.  There is no reason to throw this team a strike the way they chase those breaking balls

Just a complete team implosion (except for Ranger)

The only thing as bad as the offense has been the bullpen.  16 runs and counting they’ve given up.  Just an awful series by this team

Hate the Mets but they were the better team. That being said I’ll be rooting for the NL west winner (hopefully San Diego).

Not sure what happened with our offense and bullpen this series. 😕

Man three straight years of the team’s record improving, yet they got bounced in an earlier playoff round each year.

The Mets have been the better team over the past few months. Not a surprising result.

Records mean squadoosh when the playoffs start. Mets were the better team, this team completely imploded - and no part of it more than the lineup.
