True. Still not getting there, and if anything makes it that much more dumb and reckless. I know you're very much into the Darwin Awards for all this, though, which....you're not wrong to some extent.
    To some extent... ;)

Just go and convince one procrastinator to get their shot. A lot of people aren't hesitant or whatever, just lazy.

The only thing not being lifted is the mask mandate, all other restrictions are being lifted memorial day

Edit: Also, sounds like Philly isn't reopening.

I guarantee you some political pressure from somewhere will change Kenney's tune. They did this before, and then like a week later changed course.

Some dude around here whined about the Ryan Howard contract endlessly; the Pujols deal was exponentially worse and his decline can't be linked to any dramatic injuries as far as I know. Complete and utter disaster for the Angels who have totally squandered Mike Trout and won zero playoff games during the Pujols contract.

Yeah, they definitely did not get their money's worth. Solid, shrewd move by St. Louis, albeit I'm sure he would've played better in STL. LAA was paying/gambling at least on getting past A-Rod and Ruth with the homer record with an Angels uniform on, other than that they paid for past performance.

Wheeler has been here for over a year, and I think I'm just now getting over the fact that he was a Met and that he is pretty amazing to watch when he's on.

In fantasy, my opponent has Means from the Orioles and his no-hitter got him 59 points. But I have Wheeler and his complete game shutout got me 47 points. He's been great so far this year.

Only +8 points for a no hitter?  That is rough.  CGSO is rare, but no hitter would be a bigger bonus, you would think.

My leagues are all H2H and categories.  No listings for No Hitters so CGSOs.  In one of my leagues we do have CG but it is something that most frequently goes 0-0 with neither team finishing with a CG for the week.

Craziest thing about Means no-no, if not for a passed ball on a strike out he would have had a perfect game.

You should never lose your fantasy game if your pitcher throws a no hitter. It should be like a million bonus points.

Harper-less 4 game sweep over a winning team that can whack - with a shutout to close it out - SWEET(P)!

Actually it’s only 5 for a no-hitter. And only 5 more for a perfect game. I agree it should be more, but I’m thankful it’s not in this circumstance lol

So it's May 7th and only 3 other NL teams have more wins than your Phightn's, eh?

Eflin and Nola going this weekend. Maybe take 2 out of 3 and then I think some people might put a little more stock in this team. Let's go!

Yeah, not much chatter about that episode. Far from heroic actions. I do like the police chief guy.

I don’t know what the hell happened tonight, but yo Mare is a good show.
Haha, that's why I said this. I saw the episode, but there's quite a lot going on!

I think the biggest problem I now have with this show is the Delco connection lol. Because, like I said before, I get caught up looking for authenticity in dumb stuff that I forget that this is a good show with what I'm sure is a wild story. What I'm saying is somebody's gotta give me a show just about dumb, daily Delco life, haha....

I'd say watching the 3rd episode I wasn't even thinking about landmarks and the fact that Phoenixville is actually in Montgomery County and the upper class township of Easttown is in Chester County and why didn't they go get gas at Wawa - I was just wrapped up in the story. Which is a good indicator of how good the story is!  "Yo Mare" would've been a better title.

I like the girl at the Haverford College radio station - hoping we actually get to see The Met in the show. Only problem with The Met is walking up those stairs you need 10 minutes to recover before the show starts. And I run up & down hills in Havertown all the time! Damn I can't wait for concerts.
