Phils have 4 prospects in top 100, 3 in top 50 on Baseball America prospect list. Crawford goes from 1 to 12. Williams dropped off from last year and Jake Thompson exceeded his rookie limits so he is ineligible this year. The Mick is 17 which is pretty encouraging:

Looks like we're headed to the HOF show
  • Strange to watch some of those videos. The Reds' top prospect (top 10 3B) -- watch that video. The fielding they showed? Looks like an average high school or Babe Ruth player. Hit? Not overly impressive although it is tough to gauge situation and the pitcher.
Hopefully he turns into a great player but it made me chuckle to watch that fielding "highlight reel."

Haha i've been out of Philly so long I forgot they didn't do that there. We sell bear basically everywhere here in GB.

I was thinking of making a hype video for our upcoming season, was thinking Once would be a good song to use. Thoughts?

I saw that reported....been in this area for 5 years now and it still seems weird that I cannot swing into a 7-11 and grab Zingers, Camel Lights, and a twelver of beer. I really struggled with this when first moving here. What do you mean I cant buy my booze and my groceries at the same time?

Fixed those fuckers, I use Amazon Fresh for my groceries and Drizly for my booze now. F and U. I don't have to stop anywhere, all of that shit comes to me.

  • I'd stab a fool for good Dim Sum. Stuff in Philly experienced thus far is not bad...Pacific Rim Dim Sum (LA/SF/Sea/Vancouver) spoiled me.

    Yeah, man.

I like Bing Bing, though it's always a zoo and not open late enough.

Dim Sum house in west philly is banging.

Been to one in chinatown late night that was really good but have no clue what the name is.

Han Dynasty for us tomorrow. Jonesing for some spicy as fuck sichuan

Dim Sum House...will try it out - is it a cart place? I'm a cart place guy.
Good Dim Sum places always seem to be a zoo
Was thinking Han Dynasty tonight but Whole Hog Cafe is where I think we will head. Pulled pork. Omfg, so good.
(@Wobbie loves pulling pork. This is different.)
Always disappointed with the Han dynasty heat. It's that Sichuan peppercorn (and chili oil) heat that numbs but doesn't kick you in the face. I get a 10, I want my ass kicked. Don't get me wrong, I love me some Sichuan peppercorn, they just need to add a shit load of peppers in those 10 dishes
Going to The Dynasty tonight for dinner. Some pre-martini heat. (Not ass kicking heat, as you said.)

Nice. We're heading to South Helm tonight. An awesome BYO in our neighborhood that opened as a sister to Helm. Pretty pretty pumped. Trying to decide if I am going to pick up wine or beer to go with it.
  • I like the changing menu approach, especially if it is local and you can hit it up frequently and try different shit. I need a place I can walk to...but living in the burbs that doesn't happen. Miss that about CA.
Let me know what you think after checking it out, Mrs FMe loves the farm to table shtick.

We went one other time last summer shortly after it opened and it was really good. A little heavy on salt, but overall really good. All small plates so you eat a ton of different stuff, which I enjoy. Yeah, man. Gonna be tough when we have to leave the city.

On a non Philly note. Did Tao in New York this week with clients. Pretty good stuff, but stupid expensive. Was good being on the company dime, but I wouldn't spend my own money at that place.
  • Does this team still play baseball :)
    Go Birds!!!!
  • Trendy place. Prefer the steakhouses if the company is paying in Midtown.

Your Juggler has golfed three times this month, including today.

And now he's smoking a cigar on the deck, drinking good beer, whilst grilling a pork loin.
