Interested to see how this compares to the other HighRes players. Sony has a really good one. Astell and Kern as well. Flac will always be such a limited market but im glad theres a few players in the game

mine is scheduled to be delivered tomorrow... just in time for my trip to japan in a couple weeks. i'll be listening to it plenty then.
i've never had a real digital player before this - no ipod, no smartphone, anything like that. this will be an entirely new experience for me. the last time i was on a plane (about this time last year, actually) i brought an old cassette walkman! the batteries died on the way back and right then i said 'never again'. pono came up for sale a couple months later and i jumped aboard.
looking forward to it!

Damn, looks like Louisville is Pac-manning all the PONOs. You think they would've stopped them at the US border before they shipped them all the way to the middle of the country. or maybe it has nothing to do with that???
