    Does anyone know if Nugs did the prior bootlegs? I ordered several prior bootleg box sets from 10club and haven't got any of them either.
    Kufala handled 2008, 2009, 2010 an 2011 BTO CDs. Nugs has handled 2012, 2013 and 2014 BTO CDs.

    well I hope they get shipped next week, like someone else posted above, I have paid for this like 3 months ago. Time for these to be shipped, they took our money pretty fast no problem. I'm usually pretty patient, but this is starting to test me. Very poor customer service IMO, can't meet any of their deadlines.....frustrated

    Kufala were AMAZING!!! CD's shipped from them would arrive in less then a week. Less then .. A WEEK!!! From California to Nova Scotia, Canada. And the shipping cost back then was much cheaper then it is today. For Nugs, the last few Pearl Jam bootleg CD's would arrive here in over a month! :/

    I wish the 10club could step in & let us fan's know what's been going on.

    I sent emails to Nugs and 10C last week. Nugs never replied. 10C just replied and said box sets "WILL BE SHIPPING THIS WEEK according to Nugs."

    Does Nugs use Mail Innovations for shipping? If so, I wonder if we will see these by July. I am sure they are putting them on a boat and shipping them that way. I will give props thought to 10C as the honored the Black Friday coupon and gave me 20% off the box I purchased the week before. Wait - I bought this in November? Woah....

    Yep, they use Mail Inovations which they told me they have no choice in the matter which means that shipping time based on previous ordes is 2 weeks up to not arriving at all but Usually 4 weeks.

    3 day's? That's great! It used to be 5 business day's with Kufala from California, USA to Nova Scotia, Canada. Wonder how long the box set will make it's way with Nugs which is also located in California to Nova Scotia. Cause the last few CD's took almost a month. :|
