That is something I will absolutely give GF - he has very thick skin, and always has! I will also assume that he is completely unapologetic in his own opinion, just as I am in mine. And thanks, that's admittedly nice to hear, since usually when this happens the reaction is just the silent but obvious (and justified) hope that the bickering will end. I'm hoping to keep peace through either dialogue or complete avoidance, but no such luck so far.

I mean, if I wanted to, I could think of a lot of people- both men and women- for whom having sex with or my even my imagining them having sex would be a big turn off to me but those very same people, many of them, could easily be people for whom I have a great deal of respect or even great love. Like lets say imagining Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec having sex with Gertrude Stein. No, please! But if they did have sex and enjoyed it, good for them! And besides, what marvelous people they were!
