I am traveling all the way from North Carolina. Need ONE ticket for both nights. Will sit anywhere. If anyone can assist, I will be there starting June 9th. This is a bucket list trip for me!!!
Charlotte 2000, Raleigh 2003, Charlotte 2003, St. Louis VFC 2004, Columbia 2008, Chicago Eddie 2008, Atlanta Eddie 2009, Philly Spectrum night 4 2009, Columbus 2010, Indy 2010, Jacksonville Eddie 2012, PJ Wrigley 2013, Pittsburgh 2013, Buffalo 2013, Charlottesville 2013, Charlotte 2013, Seattle 2013
Pictures are getting me pumped! Only 2 weeks away from the trip. Have many spots I want to hit up but just looking forward to meeting great people and seeing The Dam.
Anyone lucky enough to see some Europe shows, and planning on Mid-west shows??
I get to see Amsterdam I & II. Lower bowl sides of stage (Viagogo) Lincoln, NE. GA standing. Won I am going to try for Milone through Ticketmaster tomorrow. If I can land a 10C single I would do Denver as well.
2013= Wrigley 1, Dallas, OKC 2014= Amsterdam 1&2, St. Louis, Lincoln, Detroit, Moline, Denver 2015= Mexico City 2016= Ft. Lauderdale, Miami, Tampa, Jacksonville, Lexington, MSG1, Fenway1, Wrigley 2&3 2017= EV @ Ohana 2018= London 1, Boarderline, Seattle 1&2, Missoula MT, Wrigley 4&5

I agree; I think myoung321's pics in this thread have done more than anything to get me pumped for this trip
I turned these two Amsterdam shows into a two week vacation, so I actually fly out to Amsterdam on June 8th... right around the corner!
I entered the lotto and won 10C GA for both Memphis and Lincoln, which is amazing since the last time I got tix through 10C was for PJ20 (up until now I was 0-3 in the PJ lotto drawing).

Hey Van Damsters anyone have any idea what time the pre-party will be going on till ? We're flying in from Liverpool Rock City pretty late and won't get to our hotel till around 10.30.We're staying by the Royal Palace which is a few from the meet up and we don't want to miss out on the action

Pumped is an understatement !!!...hahaha
We are going to both Amsterdam shows and Trieste... on the home front in the fall, we snagged seats for Tulsa and Denver...
If the weather is nice, we plan on hanging out at Vondelpark on Saturday afternoon, picnic and some beers/wine, etc.. Might be cool to find a place to meet up in the park. Suggestions?

So when we arrive around midnight the parties at your hotel then ? It was weird last time , it was only 11.30PM and boy were we high. scratch that boy was i high. Strawberry something or other anyway, I was literally catatonic for around 20 minutes and couldn't speak but when eventually landed , we ambushed one of the guys on the pedal bikes and were riding around the town trying to get beers to take back the hotel. There were no supermarkets ,liquor stores or Off Licences open. After 20 minutes are so, the guy pulls up at a kebab stand, mumbles something in Dutch and the owner signals my mate to come over. He takes some money from him and produces 4 little stubby cans of Heineken from under the counter. You'ld think he was buying a kilo of smack the way they carried on. So...stock on the brews people. I'm feeling it now !
Right here dude. Won reserves for Detroit and will be doing moline, st. paul and milwauk. Lost the lottery on those three but will be attending them regardless.

We've always bought beer at the Albert Heine grocery stores.. but never that late, so not sure what time beer sales close up. By the way...Dampkring closes at 1am...

For those searching for a late night supermarket: ams-dam.com/lateeveningshops.html And then there are various mini supermarkets around Damsquare/Nieuwmarkt/red light district which are open all night (expensive though, but if you're really really thirsty...).
May has sucked shit tbh so I could do with a blow out and I'm totally stoked now. Last time we went with a bit of a miserable bastard who's slow to bond and he took the shine of it really, so we've fucked him off this time and we come in peace ready to chat shit, smoke shit and feel the love from the PJ tribe. Does anyone know the name of the skateboard shop that also sells vinyl and collectables, I thought it was called Amsterdam Skates but I can't find it listed. My mate got the Raw Power re-issue but they had some fantastic stuff
If anyone is looking for some good airplane reading then I would highly recommend "Get Lost in Amsterdam"
Make sure you get the latest edition... I think they are up to 12th...maybe 13th editions. It's the only book..actual paper BOOK.. I take with...,but also available digital.
Get Lost! remains the only guide to cover Amsterdam's underground culture accurately and extensively. Get Lost! leads travelers to the cheapest, funkiest and most delicious spots in town: Inexpensive organic restaurants, cool bars and clubs, an array of alternative museums and galleries, mind-expanding cafes, one- of- a-kind shops, coffeeshop insider info,--even the kinkiest Red-Light-District corners. Readers trust the Cool Guide for practical information that every visitor needs--accommodation, transport, weather, etc. But they also read it for the lowdown on more obscure topics, like local pirate radio, fair trade cannabis and the Amsterdam squat scene. As always, Get Lost! is printed on post consumer paper and uses soy-based ink. With this legendary guide, every traveler has a cool friend in Amsterdam.
