    Jesus, $130 a pop?! Is the exchange rate that bad these days? I hope that's not just the cost of solo tickets now. $90 a year ago for the States. (I honestly don't know about foreign currency exchange rates, I'm not complaining just a little bug eyed)

    Last year he wanted these outrageous prices for his Amsterdam shows... I created a thread about it and got into a little bit of trouble :oops: :lol:

    If you haven't got the email yet, "my account" then "ten club tickets" for the lotto system.

    Just like the other solo shows, tickets won't be the best or seniority based..you will be there and that's what counts! :D

    just got my email - tickets selected wooohoooo, fingers crossed, there is nothing cooler than enjoying a few beers by St Kilda beach on a sunny Sunday in February before a night of EV! Saw him there last time and he was (of course) fantastic!!

    $261US = 287.92 Aus....$143.96 local currency per ticket...Is that standard for current shows of any band in Australia? WTF

    Pity Adelaide is not on this first announcement - but i think (and am quietly hoping) that he might sneak at least one show in for us here in ADL (maybe around Feb 9 or 10). Great to see that he is doing these shows though. :clap:

    The tickets aren't cheap , but given the the falling AUD - i think this has had a bit of an effect on prices. It wont stop me trying for a few shows in the other states. But hopefully ADL gets added to the list. Please Mr V! :D

    I just checked the Thebarton theatre schedule and it looks pretty clear around that time in February. Come on Eddie come to Adelaide, remember you said you loved us, remember you Marched against the war here in 2003

    it seems a lot, considering that tickets to the Sydney Opera house show are only $127.50, but i find its usually more expensive to buy tickets thought the ten club
