Do you think they will do a countdown for the Europe tour announcement, as well?

That's just what I was thinking and hoping.
Why shouldn't they, actually they should.
We, here in Europe are just as huge fans and just as important as our American fans, or it this to rude??

So, please show us a count down............ :D

I'd prefer a Vienna show but I guess a Nova Rock concert is more likely to happen next year...anyways Let there be a PJ show in Austria (Gasometer would be my personal choice) in 2014!!!

But they say: more head liners will follow !

And did you read what Metallica will do when playing RAR???
All people that buy a RAR festival ticket, will get a special code where they can put in their favorite song and Metallica will play the asked songs.............maybe an idea for PJ

But do you really want to see PJ take the stage before any of the above mentioned acts and play a shorter set?
    225xxx - 6/28/00, 10/20/01, 10/22/01, 9/11/06, 9/22/06, 9/23/06, 6/18/07, 6/26/07, 8/15/09, 6/25/10, 6/30/10, 7/4/12, 7/5/12, 7/7/12, 7/10/12, 6/26/14, 6/28/14, 7/3/18, 7/5/18

But there will be no more headliners for main stage. And I don't think that Pearl Jam will do Co-Head or Alternahead. They are also no longer listed as rumour at ringrocker.com the Rock am Ring community:
    http://www.ringrocker.com/modules.php?o ... m&forum=35

So I think you can be quite sure that they won't play Rock am Ring.

I hate it when tickets go on sale just before Christmas - who's got spare cash for multiple tickets at that time of the year?! Better to leave it til the end of January.

Gasometer would be far too small! It has only 2500 capacity and i don't like it at all. Have seen Gaslight Anthem and Keane there.

I agree for the full 100% with the above :)

And flights and sleeping does not need to be that very expensive. These days there are some cheap airlines and a bed you will find for 20 euros.

That's why we want to know as soon as possible so that the flights will still be cheaper

As far as non-festival shows go, I would say London and Berlin are top picks. They haven't played a non-festival show in London since '09 and they just love Berlin.

Each to their own, Gasometer might be my favourite venue, seen tons of bands there (NIN, The Cure, Bush, Machine Head, DMB, and even Keane), and the sound, the vibe were just terrific every time there...
