Jacket - perfect. Got postcard. Download code. Sticker sheet. Great looking record. They put some thought into this one.
Record: Looked clean. No buildup. Edges were fine.Sounds great. I had to jack the bass up a little which is opposite of what I usually need to do. Getaway got stuck the 1st time through. But played fine after that.
I could not wait to hear Sirens spinning. And all the other songs of course. Album has not stopped playing since I could stream it.
this band is taking this year by storm. Wrigley. Tour. Vault release. :corn: New album. This is feeding my addiction for sure.
Similar issues as others -Vinyl does have excess wax around the edges- skips Getaway. Scratches on Pendlum. Sound quality seems very low.

yep. now that i have listen to both sides Getaway gets stuck and repeats. Pendulom POPS super loud. There is a constant rrrrRRRRRrrrrRRRRrrrRRR that seems to be in the background. Audio seem low. CD sounds way better as of now.
Ordered from 10C, finally came today. Packaging looks great, but vinyl is awful. Lots of popping and had to go move the needle to stop skipping at least half a dozen times and not even thru the first side yet. So sad, was very excited when my wife texted to say it came in today.
We have received a number of quality-related inquiries from customers purchasing the Lightning Bolt vinyl from the Ten Club and other retail outlets.

outer jacket has a 2" split along top seam, and upper right corner is crunched.
inner sleeve has a 3" split along right side seam.
booklet, stickers are in good condition; no postcard.
vinyl is black and plays through fine. there was loose vinyl along the record edge that i pulled off.
the problems with mine appear to mainly be with the packaging/shipping. i'll be asking for a new copy.

Didn't get a postcard either - apparently it was a random insert sort of thing. You got an LB sticker though? I only got the sticker sheet and the booklet on one side, and the record w/sleeve on the other.

I just got mine today and just finished my first listen through. The quality of packaging was just fine. I have no tears or bends or anything. The look of the vinyl is off (I am not a very knowledgeable vinyl girl though), it appears smeared. The audio quality seems really bad. I will be requesting a new one once it all gets settled. I am just thankful they did the download this year because shipping took forever!. I did not get a postcard or LB sticker, just the sticker and book.
I received my vinyl here in East Tennessee today, and I was grateful to see that the condition of the package was great. Unfortunately, the I only got to My Father's Son before it skipped. I had to actually pick up the arm of the record player in order to get it to move past the first verse. I thought I would be lucky and get a record that was in good condition, but I suppose I'm in the same boat as everyone else. It's too bad. The packaging really is quite nice. Hopefully Ten Club will replace the record.
Finally found one at retail today. Right away there they were, pops in getaway. Then right before the final chorus there is a skip of about 5 seconds worth of a jump.
Other than that less than 5 slight pops in the rest of the record.
I can deal with the pops but for a brand new $35 record? You think you would get a better product.

Received my 10c copy today. Packaging is in pretty great shape with the exception of a slight tear at the bottom of the inner sleeve. Side A sounded pretty good except for a few pops during the first two verses of Lightning Bolt. Side B started right away with more frequent pops on Pendulum. Pops continued throughout side B with the worst coming on Yellow Moon...sucks that B is the softer/slower side of the album. I will say though, that after about a dozen listens over the last week, I can conclude that this a fantastic record.

Bought it at a record store today. Package was fine other than what looks like some chalk dust on the cover. Black vinyl, stickers and download code.
The record had what I can best describe as a line of dirt going from what end strait across to the other. Very thin line.
It has quite a few pops and cracks during most of Getaway but then it stops. Then there is a huge skip at the beginning of Sirens. Unfortunate timing, that's my favorite song on it.
So that's that. Glad mine wasn't as bad as a lot of other's but it's still a bummer.

Ordered from Amazon (Prime) because they always ship faster than anyone else (including 10c). Was delayed a few days but just got it (10/23, placed order on 10/14). LP is in perfect condition, gatefold and record. Played perfect, no skips or pops, sounded great. Included download card and the bad ass sticker sheet.
It's really a shame so many issues have come up with the shipping/quality of the vinyl because they really did an amazing job on the artwork and packaging as a whole. It's really great quality all around. Super happy.

I got my vinyl in Columbus yesterday and listened to it last night during the Philly show.
Side A sounds fine, so I thought I might have a good copy until I flipped it over to Side B...It is pretty bad.
Pendulum is probably the worst, with a ton of POPS in the beginning and then it skips several times in the middle of the song! :twisted:
Yellow Moon has some issues too, but not nearly as bad as Pendulum!!
Guess I'll just listen to the digital version until 10 Club figures out what we do next.

Gave mine a nice bath before playing. First listen now. Side A was ok. No skips. A few noticeable pops. If it was a $10 used pick-up, I may not even mind.
Side B is unlistenable. Pendulum has 3 loud pops in the first 30 seconds then skips. Swallowed Whole was better, but not much. I'm on Sleeping By Myself now (which I'm sure will play crystal clear )

Once I listen to mine (hopefully tonight) and host my pics somewhere, I'll expand on this. Suffice to say, the packaging, save for a tear in the inner sleeve, was perfect. A visual inspection yielded a small spot of something that I think I got off the LP while cleaning. Can confirm when I listen to it. It was the first LP I cleaned last weekend and noticed an inordinate amount of stuff settling in the solution. Also, I found the outer edge to be rather rough, jagged almost.

Skips in Getaway, Pendulum, and Swallowed Whole. Kind of disappointing.
