Whats the best way to get to seattle from vancouver? i am going to the concerts in both cities and was thinking of taking amtrak...the only thing that sucks is that there are 2 trains per day (6:40am or 5pm)..is anyone travelling to seattle by amtrak?

You can take Quick Coach from Vancouver (several pick up locations) to Seattle (stops right in front of Best Western Plus Executive Inn- where there still are rooms available for $99- just ask for Pearl Jam rate).... http://www.quickcoach.com/
The other option is the Bolt Bus. Leaves from Pacific Central station in Vancouver and stops at 5th and King St (near the train station) in Seattle.

I'm booked at the W Hotel and it appears to be right next door. I cant wait for Thanksgiving to arrive. Went to the Gorge shows during that heat wave but I cant wait to do the NorthWest proper like. (portland, spokane, BC and Seattle).
I booked the 'stalked tour of seattle' for friday at 9, but totally in for a thursday night get together...
