I love a chance to see what the place is like with people jumping up and down. I'm sure the band feels the same, the reason why they turn them on so they can get a good look.

    Ditto.

  • yeah sorry but houselights on last night for RITFW & YL was beatiful, by that stage the crowd was so pumped. i think it sort of brings everyone together at the end of the show, making it less like your watching a show separated from the band.

also anyone else agree that somehow the crowd was at its loudest in the second encore after go, before they kicked into WWS? it just felt as if the show got better as it went at bris1

And it was great for me to get a good look at the band too.
I'm SURE Ed waved back at me at the end of the end of the Sydney 1 show. ;)

  • no use complaining about it guys, we need the rain. it's been dry in melbourne too. hopefully it will hit NSW next and give the farmers there some relief if any.
