You posted the one with Neil Fallon of Clutch, too, right? Every one I've seen has been great.

Just wait for the NIN tour to come back around again. Hopefully QOTSA will stay on... I think this is far from over.

Let it grow on you ... I, for one, love a lot of EV :D Didn't care as much for Songs for the Deaf, but every now and then it comes back to me. And I had this super-trippy experience with the Song for the Dead at the show in Detroit that still blows my mind ... Have you checked out the Desert Sessions?

I hope we can catch them again on their second time around - fingers crossed that's gonna happen

Yeah, those ones were my favorites on EV. I'm sure it'll grow on me Lisa. I still need to hear Songs and their first album. :D

The first album is a favorite........ :)
    The whole damn thing!
It's interesting to play that back to back with Like Clockwork and listen to the differences.
Both are good but I can hear how Josh has evolved so much in his singing......

I love the first album too. They played it in full when I saw them for the first time, even Teenage Handmodel :) It was awesome! It took me a bit to get into his style of singing, but now I love it. So many different ranges. Well, and that man can dance and play that fucking guitar. He is making love to it 8-)

Rico, check out the MTV unplugged session http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nE1Xm9MyUe0
I even have this on a shitty bootleg vinyl, but I love it so much I wanted to have it. I prefer this version of Leg of Lamb to the studio version ... And one of my absolutes faves, I never came, is on there too. Sigh. I love them.

I gotta be honest... Like Clockwork has surpassed Songs For The Deaf as my fav QOTSA album. Pretty remarkable considering how long they've been around. Having had a lot of time to soak it in now too, I really feel this way. It is genius. My ranking might be a little crazy though.. It looks like this:

    Like Clockwork
    SFTD
    Era Vulgaris
    Lullabies To Paralyze
    QOTSA
    Rated R

I know, I know... crazy but what can I say
    2006: Hartford
2008: MSG 1, Hartford, Mansfield 2, Ed Solo NYC 1
    2009: London (O2), Philly 1, 2, 3, & 4
    2010: Hartford, Boston, MSG 1 & 2
    2011: Ed Solo Hartford
    2012: Philly (MIA Fest)
    2013: Worcester 2, Brooklyn 1 & 2, Hartford
