    The aunt wants evidence?

They should take her fucking dumbass to Boston, and have HER clean up the mess.
They should make her attend those funerals.
They should make her go to the hospitals, and see what those wounded people are going through.

Then they should put her ignorant ass on a plane, and ship her back to Siberia.

In my opinion, wishing violence and pain on someone is a sickness. No matter who they are.

He killed an 8 year old boy, killed 3 adults, and took away the arms and legs of tens of people (including the 8 year old's sister). I don't think a couple of punches to the face is too harsh do you? He'll heal with an icebag. The ones that lived have years of struggling to go through.

In my opinion, manufacturing a bomb and placing it in the middle of a large crowd and killing and critically injuring innocent people and children is a sickness. In my opinion, shooting innocent people is a sickness. In my opinion, someone who believes someone who commits these acts doesn't deserve a solid punch to the face has a sickness.

He will get the death penalty, but you're right - I would rather see this punk get sentenced to life with real hard time of actual hard, physical labor. Like busting rocks in the heat for 10 hours straight every day for the rest of his life. And I would hope every day he feels the pain of those he critically injured for the rest of their lives. But that would be too harsh too, right?

I don't know if I've ever disagreed with any comment more than this one. I do NOT have a sickness for wanting a complete waste of skin that killed and injured hundreds of people for NO reason to suffer a horrific, painful death. That makes me normal.

This whole thing makes me sick, from the loss of innocent life to the militarization of the streets. There is never an excuse to not afford citizens their Constitutional Rights. A sad week for America in many more ways than one.

It's frightening that normal now seems to have returned to public executions and witch hunts, trials without due process. Many of you are just thirsty for blood.

I would have to agree with know1 on this one. it's normal to be emotional about this sort of thing, as we all are, but when you take a step back from it for a minute, and STILL hope this guy dies a horrific death is something you might want to take stock of.

Do you think this guy won't get due process? I do. His problem isn't his lack of constitutional rights, he will get that. His problem is the video tape that shows him placing the bomb in the trash can.

I think u misread what I said. I'm normal for wanting to see a murderer die horrifically. Once he's found guilty, that will happen. I haven't once read about this guy losing any rights. Hell, he's getting medical treatment. Do u think that would happen in Iran?

not thirty for blood. I'd call it paying dues. if someone sets off bombs in a public place during a event killing people & maiming tens of people that sick fucker deserves a difficult time once apprehended. right this moment this sick fucker is being medically treated very well.

once in prison he will remain getting excellent medical treatment, eye, dental, and so on. I don't have dental insurance. this fucker will eat meals better than innocent & mind mannered homeless folks.

Thats fine, but when you do step back rom it, remember the 3 year old kid, the exchange student, the young police officer that died, and the dozens of people that lost limbs needlessly.

Should we have left bin laden alone because we didn't get him until after everyone stepped back and thought about it? 10 years later and I was thrilled to see he took a couple rounds between the eyes. I don't need to take stock my friend.

They have already said that he wasn't read his Miranda Rights. They are treating him as an enemy combatant. He is a US citizen, no?

The martial law that existed, door to door warrant less searches, stopping people to check for ID's...all in the name of safety. It's a sad state.

Innocent until PROVEN guilty. Everyone deserves a fair trial.

he'll need that dental and eye treatment. and anus reconstruction I'm sure. don't envy where he's going. if he's not sent to death, he's set for a life in hell already. who knows how long he'll even survive. even american murderers in prison are still americans. and they will treat him probably how you wish he will be. no homeless person in the world would trade places with this guy with what he's in for.

I think he denounced his citizenship with his act of terrorism. He is definitely an enemy combatant.

Get off the 'militarized streets' theme. What else would you have the authorities do here? Geez, man. Most acknowledge that the police and guard did a great job. It seems as if you are implying something else?

believe me, I am saddened by this like you don't even know. I have two young daughters and just the thought of that happening to my family........but I also think as humans we need to rise above and act as humans and not as animals.

am I sad that bin laden is dead? no. I don't know if there was a choice not to kill him. no one will ever know except those in attendance. however, I think treating saddam like an animal made us animals as well.

I can't speak for unsung, but what I think he's getting at is that it's a sad state that it had to come to that, not that the police or authorities were out of line in what they were doing.
