The best Neil ever.  He was perfect this night and the recording is at the same level.

Yeah it really doesn't get much better for acoustic Neil than this set. Coincidentally, the first time I listened to this album and "On The Way Home" specifically, I was pulling out of a parking lot in Charleston SC and was T-boned by someone. Everyone was fine and car only had minor damage but still shook me up a lot being my first accident. Such a weird soundtrack to that happening.

I don't have a copy of Turnstiles, not sure about it. I think there is a Mobile Fidelity release, but again I haven't heard any copy.

I read some people shitting on that so I don't want to spend the cash for something sketchy.  I'll probably pick up a copy of an OG and see how that sounds.

For the most part, yeah!!.... I dig all the stuff Max puts out with his many side bands....Love Soulfly.  Roots will always be the best Sep album IMO.

Started an R.E.M. marathon about an hour  ago. Started with Chronic Town EP, then Murmur and now on Reckoning. Then onto FOTR, Life’s Rich Pageant, Dead Letter Office, Document, Eponymous, Green, Out of Time, Automatic For the People, the Best of R.E.M. at the BBC and then Bingo Handjob. I like some of the albums after Automatic, but I am not sure if will get any of them except Monster.
