    Looks good, guys.

    @Loujoe, what do you do with your greens?  I know you grow a load of beets - the greens are almost as good as the beets but how do you preserve those?  Can't imagine eating them all quickly enough but I see they are cut off before you tossed things in the cooler.

    just boiled these  beets up. I had some leaves in  salad but i also dont know what to do with the leaves

    I love sauteing the greens...but what do you do with all of the leftovers?  :lol:   
    I am sure there is a farmer way to deal with them so as not to waste...

    Yeah I composted the beet greens but have more. Thought about sautee and freeze?  I eat some raw. Any ideas? It's a community plot so i try to wash and clean my stuff there. Less of a mess at home.

    I don't know and would have to look up.  I know they are only tasty for a few days after sauteed and in the fridge.  They are wonderful when done,though.

    Sweet peas are great. I have a few. They didn't take off, but even one smells awesome. Maybe as things cool down they will produce more.
