    You can go to the café practically across from Bercy (right outside the métro stop) or Bercy Village, which is a short walk from the venue and where there are a bunch of places to eat or drink (or shop), or go across the river, onto the quai where you'll find a few cafés on barges.

    I still have a spare ticket for Marseille and Bercy, both for the floor, if anyone's interested.

    Would be lovely to meet up with ome Pj fans, especially in France would make it sweeter, as PJ is not that popular towards this side of the boarder!!

    I'd be over the moon, if they could start out their show with Release or Ocean.

    Been to Reading and Antwerpen so far and paris will be my last on this tour....and would love to get "State of Love and trust"; Go; Whipping; Satan's Bed; Porch; Inside Job........Spin The Black Circle

    I'm getting a bit hyper about this now, specially after seeing them at Leeds.

    I'm leaving for Paris on Sunday but will keep checking back to see where we're meeting at 2pm.

    I think the original idea was to meet at the main gate of the stadium at 2pm... is that still the case?

    right well there r five of us headin to paris and we cant wait as three of
    were at the point gig also!! any1 know where/what region of the city is
    the Bercy venue?!!
    in flyin into Bouvais at 9am-ish on the monday and hafta take the bus
    to paris and find the ALOHA HOSTEL and then get to the venue...any
    advice??? twil be my 2nd time in ALOHA so cant wait...22e a nite!!!

    That's driving directions, but it'll give you a good idea of the distance, and you can see the nearest metro stops (but you'll have to consult a metro map for the names of the stations). What part of Kildare are you from? Have some friends down Newbridge. Lovely part of the country, even with the influx of Dubs!!

    beauvais is quite far from Paris
    you probably have to take the train or a coach to go to Paris

    then In paris, the metro station for the bercy venue is simply called "bercy"

    it's on line 6 or 14

    the venue is southwest of paris

    enjoy your trip in paris

    Oooh that was very helpful, I wonder if you can help me too? I'm flying in to Charles de Gaulle airport... Can I get a metro from there or do I need to get a train/bus to a metro station? I just want to do something as simple as possible with regards to buying tickets & knowing which stops are what as unfortunately my French is appaling!

    The transfers from CDG or Orly are between 5 and 10 euros.
    The RER ticket allows you to one transfer to the métro.

    Métro tickets are a little over a euro; a book of 10 is about 11.
