lol HH the connection is an odd one !
one of my mums old old friends is the half adopted sister of U2's managers, who are married and have ummm cant remember how many kids, but the friend goes over to Ireland to look after the children while theyy are touring or away !

so she may not know jot ! but I'll ask anyway.

and as for both The Waterboys and the Levellers ( who only did about 3 good songs, but i agree 1 way of life was a goodie) are still together and still touring.

to confess the waterboys "this is the Sea" album is in my all time top 5 !!! :eek:

interestingly enough My Morning Jacket (PJ;s regular support this year in US and some Euro dates) are playing on the 23rd August at Manchester... so they are obviously over here playing but at their own gig... so does that mean PJ have someone mega big lined up, or maybe they want to play a big long show for us all...

just a thought, i found it strange that regular warm-up isnt supporting them, yet they are over this way
