I am getting tired of this bullshit of high priced "Farewell tours" and then all of a sudden they are touring again 2 years/3 years later. I recall paying up the ass for Tom Petty/PJ farewell tickets. Higher prices bec ause it was his last concert tour.....

Man, why do PJ and NIN both have to crazy tour at the same time?! 8-) I still have to get tix for NIN, but chances are slim now. The last show I saw was one of the best I've ever seen. Maybe the best.

NIN and then PJ 2 weeks later. Fucking awesome! 8-) Makes me wish I could take those 2 weeks off work so that I can be excited freely without all that pesky work getting in the way.

  • Nine Inch Nails will play their first show since being "reactivated" in Japan tonight. Currently, it's 10:09 PM Eastern Time, but in Japan, it is likely 11:09 AM on Friday.
  • You can actually watch nine inch nails first performance since their hiatus at the Fuji Rock festival in Japan at 8:30 AM EST.

You're welcome. Unfortunately, I can't watch it because the video is not made available in my country. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!!!! I guess I will have to hope for a stream of the Lollapalooza show in Chicago or Outside Lands in San Francisco or Made In America in Philadelphia. I read that the festival shows will have a very different production from what NIN will deliver in their Fall 2013 Arena Tour and in 2014 as well.

I'm in the UK and its fine for me. Yeah the US tour is gonna be a massive production it seems. I hope he can bring that to an arena tour next year to Europe.
  • Well that was great. The new songs sounded good, the reworked version of Sanctified was brilliant as was the tweaked version of Hurt.

I did read that Sanctified was played, a song not performed since 1996 I think. Interesting to know that it was reworked. Trent Reznor did say back in February that a number of the songs that will be performed at concerts would be reworked. Even though the Toronto show I will go to will be different from the festivals, I don't want to know too much as I want to be surprised (like the Lights In The Sky concert in 2008).
